The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Both the doctors and therapists personally addressed every single one of our concerns, and we returned feeling both mentally relaxed and free from any health issues. The hotel offers a peaceful and safe environment, and we felt the healing effects of nature on both our bodies and souls. The vegetarian menus were delicious and meticulously prepared. The massages were extremely professional and left no room for doubt about hygiene. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and hospitable. They patiently answered every question and made us feel right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking true relaxation and rejuvenation. We extend our sincere thanks to the Karadan family for hosting us.

Tastefully designed and decorated it is an exquisite gem ? set in beautifully lush and naturally green trees, an abundance of colourful flowers, and a symphony of birdsongs in the gardens while the Chalakudy River flows quietly in the background. The family ambience that defines Softouch showcases the love and care in every detail of the meals, Ayurvedic treatments, and exceptional accommodations and guest relations & recreation services. The land and rooms instantly made us feel calm and at peace. The greeting was very kind and we felt extremely taken care of during our short stay which I believe is needed during spa or other treatments. We did not think or worry about anything. The treatments were wonderful and food was delicious. Thank you for such a relaxing stay. I hope to come back for a longer stay. Everyone went above and beyond here.

I recently had the privilege of staying at Softouch Ayurveda Village, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by 18 acres of lush greenery and situated on the banks of a majestic river. The property, owned by the gracious Mr.Davis and Mrs.Preethy a tranquil retreat from the chaos of city life, and my experience was truly unforgettable.
From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel at home. Mrs. Preethy ,the co-owner, was always present during meal times, greeting guests with a warm smile and providing detailed information about the food, ensuring that everyone felt cared for and attended to. Her dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for each guest is truly commendable.
*Mr. Karan, the CEO and son of the owners*, played a pivotal role in ensuring our stay was exceptional. His enthusiasm and commitment to providing an outstanding experience were evident throughout our visit. He was always available to cater to our needs, whether it was arranging for kayaking on the river or simply checking in to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The medical team, led by *Dr. Henry (Senior Doctor)*, *Dr. Jugunu (MD)*, and *Dr. Anjana (RMO)*, provided exceptional care and attention, tailoring the Ayurvedic treatments to each guest's needs. The team of therapists, including *Deepa* and *Saneesha* (female therapists) and *Vineesh* and *Jijo* (male therapists), were skilled and attentive, ensuring that we felt relaxed and rejuvenated throughout our stay.
The hospitality team, led by *Remya (HR)*, was always available to cater to our needs, ensuring a seamless experience throughout our stay. The serving staff, including *Chingwang* and *Ating*, were attentive and courteous, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the property. The kitchen staff, including *Alli*, prepared delicious and healthy meals tailored to each guest's needs.
The property's 12 cottages are beautifully maintained, and the lush greenery surrounding them adds to the serene ambiance. We also enjoyed kayaking on the river, which added an exciting element to our stay.
I visited Softouch Ayurveda Village with my wife, and our experience was on par with many international tours I've taken. The attention to detail, the warmth of the staff, and the serene surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable.

I had been interested in all-inclusive Ayurvedic facilities for some time, and after much searching, I finally found this one. My advance enquiries via WhatsUp were smooth, and the pricing was clear, giving me peace of mind. It seems that booking directly is more cost-effective than booking through a standard booking site. The facility is set on a spacious property surrounded by forest, with comfortable rooms, a pool, and a river, giving it a resort-like feel. Based on my medical history, the doctor tailored my diet, treatments, and medications to suit my needs, giving it a truly authentic feel. I wasn't confident in properly explaining my symptoms in English, so I prepared notes in English and handed them over. However, the doctor used a translation app to help me out as needed, so even my English skills were not an issue. The doctor who treated me was a young and kind woman, so I feel particularly comfortable consulting with her. I stayed for five nights, and thanks to the two treatments per day, yoga, and all-vegetarian meals (which were varied, never boring, and, above all, delicious!), I had a truly fulfilling stay, refreshing both physically and mentally. The staff at the facility were all so friendly and helpful that I almost missed leaving when I returned home. This style of facility may not yet be very common in Japan, but I can confidently recommend it as a place you can use with peace of mind.

I had a wonderful experience at Softouch Ayurveda Village. When I first arrived, I was quite frustrated and also overweight. I opted for the 7-day treatment, and now I feel genuinely happy and satisfied with the results. The doctors explained the treatment procedures and diet plan in great detail and scheduled everything with care and precision.
I was able to reduce 6–7 kg just through the diet and activities provided. The entire experience was very fulfilling. What I especially appreciated was the peaceful ambiance and how well the daily routines were planned, they never interfered with my work. If I had any work commitments, the team scheduled my sessions accordingly, which made it very convenient.
The food was another highlight. The nutritious meals they provided were both delicious and aligned with the prescribed diet. I personally preferred the vegetarian options listed in the diet chart, although non-vegetarian options were also available.
There were plenty of engaging activities, and I never felt bored. Depending on your stay, be it 7, 10, or 21 days. They offer a range of activities that make your time there enjoyable and refreshing. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a balanced, effective, and peaceful wellness experience.

Extraordinary. A place filled with peace, positive energy, and calm. Every detail is carefully curated. The Ayurvedic treatments are exceptional and traditional, always guided by knowledgeable doctors and therapists. The owners and every member of the staff are always at your service to make the experience magnificent, where the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying yourself. The yoga and meditation classes with teachers are excellent. The food is carefully curated to support your Ayurvedic treatment.
A great place to recharge, reenergize, and enjoy the connection with nature and the people.

A peaceful journey and friendly staff I used to have bad allergies but after the stay there it got way better thank you for the wonderful and relaxing time it was truly unforgettable

We really love the homely atmosphere and feel very relaxing. The therapists did excellent work. Dr Jugunu was very good in analyzing and planning the Ayurvedic treatments for each individual. Food (Kerala style) was very nourishing, healthy and very tasty as well.

It was awesome experience to come here and I can say this place really rejuvenates body and mind.
