Every new mom should take care of their health same as new born baby. I have searched many post natal care. Finally I have shortlisted Nihara Ayurcare once I have seen positive reviews. It was really great feeling and good relaxation with their treatment. Doctors were available all the time. Especially I would like to mention the staffs Meghna and Athulya who did the treatment for me. Thank you girls and I would strongly recommend Nihara Ayurcare to all new mom's.

I undertook post natal treatment at Nihara Ayurcare. I had back pain & leg pain when i came at Nihara. After the treatment the pains are vanished. Body massage, leg massage & head massage was very much relaxing for me. My treatment was done by Najiya & Megna. Both of them were outstanding in their job. And also doctors and staffs are very friendly. Another main attractions are the peaceful ambience & homely food. Nihara provides all these in a reasonable rate. I am very much satisfied & highly recommended to others.

When I searched online for postnatal care I believe this is the first place I got response from. With no prejudice I took 14 days plan and came and I must say in my life this is one of the best decision I have ever taken while selecting something for myself. From the arrival day the owners , staffs all gave us a warm welcome and till the day we left this was never gone and they are not doing business they are making family experience for all who comes for treatment. Every-time they ask how I feel and those who are having postpartum depression this is something that you are looking for. Also The place having a breathtaking natural beauty. How good we feel when u wake up with chirping of birds and having a tea by looking at trees and a misty morning. That itself gives an immense power for the day to start.
