The culinary offerings strictly follow Ayurvedic principles, with meals carefully tailored by the attending doctor to suit each guest’s treatment plan and current health condition. Guests are provided with breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, juices, and dinner, all customised to support their individual requirements.
Every dish is prepared using fresh vegetables to maximise nutrition, improve digestibility, and strengthen the body’s natural defences. The cuisine is characterised by mildly spiced, traditional Indian Ayurvedic recipes, ensuring both nourishment and balance. Importantly, each guest receives a personalised diet plan, making dining a vital part of the holistic wellness experience.
Rajah Healthy Acres offers a variety of leisure activities that complement the healing environment. Guests can enjoy outdoor amenities such as a dedicated Meditation and Yoga space, a Jogging track, and serene walking paths winding through the 200-acre rubber plantation. These trails provide opportunities to encounter migrating birds, peacocks, sparrows, and other native wildlife amidst lush greenery.
For those seeking quieter pursuits, the Reading room and library offer a rich collection of books across genres including Fiction, Philosophy, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Cookery. Guests may also take part in cookery demonstrations, gaining insight into the preparation of Ayurvedic cuisine.
Adding to the cultural experience, occasional performances such as Kathakali, Kalaripayattu, South Indian Classical Dance, and Classical Music concerts showcase Kerala’s vibrant artistic traditions, offering a deeper connection to the region’s heritage.
Rajah Healthy Acres stands as a sanctuary of authentic Ayurvedic healing, carrying forward Kerala’s profound legacy of traditional medicine.
