Under the leadership of Dr Lathika, supported by General Manager Sri KP Suku and family, Ayur Village Retreat carries forward a vision “to be the destination of Ayurveda–Yoga wellness and illness holistic healthcare” by integrating healing tradition, modern amenities and natural ambience.

The retreat’s mission includes providing holistic Ayurveda–Yoga healthcare for a healthy body, mind, intellect, knowledge, emotion and soul; propagating the possibilities and goodness of Ayurveda at domestic and international levels; bringing children and youth into the Ayurveda healthcare fold for a healthier population; and ensuring quality ageing and active, positive elderly life. It is also committed to developing and standardising Ayurveda–Yoga integrated treatment protocols; creating and maintaining safe infrastructure; operating in conformity with all statutory and legal requirements; building a dedicated, qualified and skilled work team; setting and practising standard operating procedures; empanelling with and certifying under government accreditation agencies; training the team to provide professional, empathetic care while respecting patient privacy; initiating and participating in CSR and academic activities; promoting services without compromising ethics and values; and integrating technology and modern advances in medicine and tourism for better service.

The therapies involved in Panchakarma are tailored to individual constitutions and imbalances, making it a highly personalized approach to healing. These treatments may include specialized massages with herbal oils, therapeutic sweating techniques, herbal steam baths, nasal administrations of herbal oils or powders, and cleansing procedures such as enemas or purgation. Additionally, dietary modifications and lifestyle recommendations are integral components of Panchakarma, aiming to support the body's detoxification process and promote long-term well-being. Beyond its physical benefits, Panchakarma is renowned for its profound effects on mental and emotional health. Through its gentle yet powerful therapies, it encourages the release of emotional blockages and stress, fostering a sense of inner peace and clarity. Many individuals who undergo Panchakarma report experiencing not only physical rejuvenation but also mental and spiritual transformation.
