I opted for Prasoothika Ayurvedic hospital for my natural post delivery care home service. Dr. Athira and therapist Arya were incharge of my care. During my care, Arya did a very wonderful job and was very discipline and punctual. Baby care was also a part of this 14-day course in which massaging and baby bathing was also a part.
