My sister recommended me this place to solve my health problems.
After all the treatments, I felt much better mentally and physically..
I've started feeling better since the first day.
This helped me a lot to keep myself motivated and focused on the goals to achieve.
All the staff has done a great work , always friendly, caring and supportive.
The room was cleaned every day, with bedding's and towels always fresh and clean.
The food wax delicious and well prepared.
I will definitely recommend this place to everyone, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.

I just spent 28 days here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are all so kind, helpful and hardworking. The grounds are so peaceful and full of beautiful flowers, peacocks, cows and other little critters. I feel great and there

Real Ayurvedic treatments! Beautiful clinic and surroundings. I felt so well cared for and looked after while getting the best treatments and Ayurvedic Medicine for the root cause of the conditions I have had. Still have to take Ayurvedic Medicine, of course, as the symptoms of those conditions are taking time to build up and therefore it takes time for the body to heal. It was a journey but well worth it. I felt so much better already by the end of my stay.

1. I like the ambiance of this place. It is calm and peaceful surrounded by greenery. It is a refreshing change from the city.
2. The staff are dedicated in their job and are courteous.
3. Dr Ravee is very patientl and listens to my concerns about medicine intake, as well kept me posted about implications of food.
My experience has been positive.

The serene environment, complete with graceful peacocks and a peaceful lotus pond, creates the perfect backdrop for healing and rejuvenation. The ashram is impeccably clean, safe, and exudes a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

I had a great experience at Poonthottam Ayurvedasaram. The atmosphere is cozy, the treatment is excellent, and the rates are very reasonable. The doctors, Front office, and the nursing staff are very experienced, humble, and helpful. I felt that I received great value for my money. I have visited the Ashram three times and have confirmed my fourth reservation.

Absolutely loved it. Went as a family. Sparkling clean.
