Very good Treatement and friendly stuff, everyday guidance trough doctors and adjusting of the Treatements = good Results. Also the debriefing was organized well, with medicamentation to take home and Lifestyle recommendations.
I recommend to take min 3 weeks plus some days to revover after to get best results! 15 Days was too tight in my case to get all the neccesary Treatements for full cleansing.

Panchakarma on the 21st. It was my first time to go to India (a woman), first time to go abroad, and I was not good at English, but I was very safe. Little bugs and lizards, of course? often went out to the room, but cleaning comes in every two days. Other than that, you can spend the same time as in Japan. It was very relaxing ? Coincidentally, several Japanese people were in the hospital and taught me a lot. I thought this place was loved by many repeat customers.
Panchakarma is also his first. I wanted to relieve eczema and brain overconcentration, but many of them came with chronic diseases. (Even though the eczema disappeared, it would recur when I returned to Japan ?) Guy is hard, but once he gets the hang of it, he will be fine. Enemas can only be endured. There are always two treatments every day, and doing the same in Japan costs at least twice as much, so it is a luxury. The food was managed by vegetarians, but I was so satisfied that I didn

Excellent Ayurvedic center with natural and medical products. Follow-up with professional doctors twice a day in the morning and afternoon. And also two daily treatments. Very attentive and kind staff. Meals are tailored to each individual and meticulously prepared. Many thanks to the whole team.

I can only recommend this place for authentic and good Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala.

I stayed 3 weeks at Mitra Hermitage and underwent panchakarma treatment and it is absolutely the best I have experienced regarding my health.

I suffer from chronic pain and stiffness, rheumatism, since 30 years ago and Dr. A. Mahesh and his team met up with my health problems in the best possible way. I had complete faith in Dr.S. Mahesh & hans team. They have given me hope that my health doesn't have to get worse every year, but on the contrary - I've gotten much better (less stiffness and aches, increased energy, better gut health, less internal stress).

The treatments given were adapted and something the doctors checked daily at the end of the day. The therapists who gave the treatments are incredible. Such care and love in a professional way.

The food is prepared and served with love. Enjoying the good and healthy food was also a delight every day.

Yes ALL the staff working there are amazing! They create a safe and comfortable atmosphere and energy.
Yoga was also a positive contribution. Namaste.

Hailing from Kerala and travelling across the world as an International Diplomat, I can vouch for the authenticity of this Ayurvedic Hospital, headed by a fourth-generation doctor, highly qualified and recognized by the government of India. I recently underwent a 15 days "Panchkarma" treatment. The diagnosis, the treatment, the boarding & lodging, patient care and the team of doctors, therapists, the chefs and the support staff exceeded my expectations. The Chief Physician Dr. Mahesh with his international exposure, is well suited to treat clients from India as well as abroad, particularly the West, as he understands their specific requirements. Outstanding patient care, clean environment, sumptuous vegetarian diet and a very reasonable pricing make this place uniquely suited for those who are looking for a genuine classic Ayurvedic treatment!

My husband and I stayed here as a couple. We originally came for a one day experience and enjoyed it so much we asked if we could come back to do the 15 day panchakarma detox/rejuvenation treatment program. They were booked out until April but luckily they had a cancellation so a few days later we changed our travel plans and returned. Everything was excellent , the care and treatments we received and the food and accommodation. I would like to add that what also made our experience so special was meeting and making friends with a lovely bunch of people who we hope to remain in contact with in the future. Also special mention must be made again about the doctors and the staff who were all amazing. Everyone worked so hard to provide counsel and treatments, great food, spotlessly clean rooms and linens and tidy well maintained grounds. Whenever we met any staff member we were greeted with a smile and a polite greeting . We were treated with such kindness and respect which we will never forget .

Our first room was overlooking the garden and then a week later we were able to move to one of the larger upstairs rooms next to the river which was lovely. The sound of the river, the birds and the mosque were wonderful and all added to our experience. I spent many an hour just relaxing in the hammock watching the birds flying over the river.

Admitted myself into Mitra Ayurveda Hospital for detox and rejuvenation. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of services provided. The best part was that the owner ensured that the authenticity of Ayurveda was preserved and was not like most other such resorts/Hospitals commercializing the joint.
