I have been staying 28 days at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Village in Kumarakom and I

Best place for treatment and detox. Staffs are all welcoming and helpful. Dr. Namitha is a wonderful l person , she gives a hoilstic lifestyle therapy based on our body and mind . Must visit for a better lifestyle. Thanks to Dr.JK for the hospitality.

This is an amazing place for healing and overall wellness. I had been diagnosed with pedal and pulmonary edema (swelling due to fluid retention in the body, especially legs) almost 2 years back and had tried allopathic treatment for a long while. Although allopathic treatment was good but it was limited and did not treat my whole body.
I took a chance and came to Dheemahi village during the monsoon of June 2025 and I was fascinated by the change in my body and overall wellness. The problem is not yet fully solved but i am confident that the momentum that has been created in the 15 days I stayed at the village will continue with the discharge medicines and advise given to me and eventually I will get rid of my problem.
A big shoutout to the doctors who regularly monitored my progress - Dr Namitha, Dr Devika and Dr Alsabah and gave targeted, specific treatments for my specific problem.
Big shoutout to the therapists Sreekanth and Majo who gave me amazing, strong massages and the entire kitchen staff for preparing lovely satvic , authentic Keralite food. Not to forget the house-keeping cleaning ladies and the medicine girls who gave me medicines every morning and evening. Everyone I interacted with was helpful in their own way to make my experience of 15 days wonderful. The saline swimming pool was also helpful in my overall recovery.
Highly recommended if you want to to give the ancient science of Ayurveda a chance!

Highly recommend Dheemahi. It was a life changing experience for me. Dr. Namitha was my physician, extremely kind and a patient lady. She was always available to answer any questions. Dr. Jayakrishna ensures every thing is run smoothly in the resort and is always available via whats app.

My therapists were amazing and one of the best massages,I ever had. I encourage everyone to go through pancha karma.
Location is beautiful, rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff are always available to clean the room.
I am eager to continue what I learnt in the past 21 days during my stay and plan to go back every year.

I recently spent four weeks at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Treatment Center in Kumarakom, India, for Ayurvedic therapy and was deeply impressed by the quality of care and overall experience. The resort itself is beautifully situated in the backwater region, offering a peaceful and healing environment. The architecture is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are simple, very clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The team of Ayurvedic doctors, including one MD from a five-generation lineage of Ayurvedic practitioners, provided expert care with daily check-ups and personalized treatment plans. Their knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my healing journey. With a PhD in immunology, I particularly appreciated the depth of knowledge and holistic approach of the Ayurvedic doctors. Their well-structured treatments provided a unique perspective on immune health, which I found both insightful and valuable.

The therapists at Dheemahi are highly skilled, kind, and deeply committed to their work. Every treatment was delivered with care and precision, ensuring both comfort and effectiveness. The Ayurvedic kitchen deserves special mention

I am having an amazing experience at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Center in Kumarakom, with my husband at Kerala! From the moment I have arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The center offers a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility

We spent three weeks at the Dheeemahi Ayurveda Village and did a Panchakarma treatment - an incredibly enriching experience! I arrived with a frozen shoulder and thanks to Dr. Namitha and her great team have already regained 80% of my mobility. In addition, I now feel much fitter, clearer and cleansed.

The therapists are excellent, the treatments were individually tailored to us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the saltwater pool was a wonderful addition to relaxation. We were particularly excited about the daily yoga (twice a day!) - a big thank you to the fantastic yoga team! A huge compliment also to the kitchen, who lovingly looked after us throughout the day and conjured up incredibly tasty and healthy dishes.

We can fully recommend the Dheemahi Ayurveda Village and will definitely come back!
