What a gem! Lovely place, from the short boat ride to our rooms, everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious with basic amenities. Breakfast is mainly local indian cuisine but you may request for an omelette and the kitchen will prepare it fresh for you. WiFi signal is strong except during the last day of our stay, which was not working. They have a lovely ayurvedic centre and programs available here as well. Since I was with my family, we had our massages and Shirodhara done here. There's an in-house doctor whereby they'll provide you with free consultation and will advise what works best for you. It was fantastic! The next morning, we participated in the yoga session and felt rejuvanated. Everyone behind this resort is lovely and helpful and I wish Mr Thambi and his team success, and good health always. Thank you for all the attention and assistance rendered to my family and I during our stay here.

Best place to rejuvenate,relax and to take Ayurveda Massages.Place with an amazing view of Beach and Lake.A calm and a quiet place with a complimentary boatride to other side of the property.It was an unique experience the wind here is very cool and relaxing.Best place to spend time with family and friends.Will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a staycation with amazing view in Trivandrum near Kovalam.Service is great staffs are very helpful and caring.They give a feel like our own family here.Big thanks to Dr.Gowtham,Mr.Dinesh,Pramod and all other staffs.They all make you feel amazing.They also have got a big swimming pool.It was fun spending time with kids in the pool.

There is a boat connecting two sides of the property which was magical.

Service was 5 star. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff paid attention to detail whenever I needed them. They were helpful and kept the room clean.

They had easy access to taxis and auto rickshaws whenever you want to go out and visit Trivandrum, Kovalam beach or any of the amazing tourist destinations around the area.

Food was excellent and freshly prepared. Good hygiene, clean food and water.

Sri Kumar, the yoga master, gave amazing yoga classes in the morning. I took his WhatsApp and will continue to work with him to improve my flexibility.

I came for an ayurveda cleansing program with Dr. Gowtham - he was phenomenal and very helpful. Hands on and cares about your well being. Makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatment procedures. The therapist Shanu gave amazing massages and was a joy to experience his treatments. Both the doctor and therapist were knowledgable in their field of work, and cleared any doubts I had regarding the treatments. They are collaborative and work with your needs. I will come back again and will recommend this ayurveda retreat to my friends and family. This is the best place to come in Kerala if you're looking for a authentic ayurveda program that is budget friendly.

Place with an excellent view of Beach and Lake.Great ambience from the room balcony.Sitting on the balcony feels like heaven.We can see the sunset sitting in the balcony.There Ayurveda treatment is a must try.Dr.Gowtham and the therapists are very helpful and caring.They are expert in their field of work and the hands of the therapists are very much magical.Food is tasty and we get everything fresh here served with lots of love.Will definitely recommend this place for Ayurvedic Treatments and stay in Trivandrum near Kovalam

It was a good experiance.
It is a calm and composed place
I will recommend this place if you want to get rid off your stressful life.The food was also very tasty.
I also had 3 days of ayurveda massage.I would like to come back next time so that I can have ayurveda treatment for more days.
Because I had some joint pain and got some improvement.
The room is also neat,hygenic.
The hospitality of staffs were also good

he Beach and Lake is a really beautiful place for ayurveda in kerala. The treatments are perfect, you relax very quickly, the doctor ist high educated and involved to give you the best treatment. Also the stuff is always nice to everybody.

We have been stayed in beach and lake for 14 nights for ayurveda treatments and yoga, the reason we choose this resort was the experience shared by my aunt who lives in Birmingham who had cured arthritis from the experienced physician and trained masseurs. We were also not dissapointed by any reason, the doctors consultations, the Ayurveda programme the diet, the medicines are programmed so well that you can actually feel like you have hit the reset button for yourself or rather did a formatting if the hard disk inside your cranium. All that if only you can give your 100%.Will definitely recommend for authentic rejuvenation

I have booked only for 3 nights stay and have decided to extend the stay for 7 nights as we found the treatments were really good! After Shorodhara it was like heavenly feeling. Staffs were nice and eager to help us! We have chosen Ayurvedic diet as prescribed by the doctor and my wife was very strict on that and it worked!

The resort is very thoughtfully designed to give you an authentic feel of the culture and heritage of Kerala. A fine blend of traditional architecture and modern amenities. The resort owners and staff go an extra mile to ensure your stay at the resort be a very memorable one. The staff are very efficient, co-operative and friendly. We had complained about the noises near the pool area by a few local occupants and within no time the staff pressed into action and cleared the same. The masseurs and the Doctor are well trained and are really good at what they do. I & my wife feel completely refreshed after the ayurvedic treatments. I recommend this place to all. Its a true paradise on earth..
