The facility is a real gem. I felt incredibly comfortable here. At any time, someone was approachable and no wish went unfulfilled. The rooms are very simple but have everything you need.
The Ayurveda treatments were phenomenal and the vegetarian cuisine was incomparable.
An all-round successful stay and I will definitely come back.

My second time at Barberyn, this time for 2 months of pampering at this amazing resort and hoping to do the same again at the end of the year. Christmas and New Year is an especially fun time to be at Barberyn Sands.
Excellent vegetarian food, beautiful sandy beach, daily massages, excellent staff and the ayurvedic care by doctor Harshini was second to none.
Highly recommend this resort, felt totally rejuvenated at the end of my stay.

I went to the Barberyn Sands for Ayurveda cure in December 2023 and 2024...and I plan to return in 2025.
Choosing an Ayurveda resort depends heavily on your own needs, of course, and mine are almost perfectly met at Sands. Not too big, quiet, simple bungalows in a garden, 3 minutes to the long sandy beach, the possibility to shop on your own in the nearby place, and look around. A professional, individual care by the Ayurvedic doctors. A staff that takes care of the guests attentively and lovingly, and tries to fulfill all wishes (in case they do not violate the Ayurveda rules...). Yoga lessons are offered, excursions are organized and there is musical accompaniment at the exquisite Ayurvedic buffet. If I want, I can find pleasant conversation partners among the guests. Birthdays are celebrated. The coherent Christmas 2024 was an absolute highlight. Just incredible what the kitchen has conjured up in countless hours of work. I am already looking forward to the next time!

Just finished my third visit to Barberyn Sands. I am a great fan. The treatments are amazing, the food is excellent and the setting, with river and beach, is wonderful. But mostly it's the people. All are warm, friendly and attentive. And the other guests always a cross section of interesting people. Auveda creates a gentle warm environment that leaves my feeling fit, healthy and energised. Very high recommendation.

Amazing Ayurveda hotel. This was our first Ayurved treatment and we really liked it.
The whole staff is very competent, qualified and professional.
Everybody was so nice and helpful.

The hotel itself had about 25 rooms and the whole facility was very clean and green.

This small but fine Ayurveda centre is very special.
The facility makes a very family impression and the medical care is absolutely top and quality and very individually coordinated. All staff are mega friendly and accommodating. I'll be back and looking forward to it already
