Short Description
This is a One month online yoga course. We help to improve flexibility, strengthening and efficiency of your body in this duration. Yoga sessions are conducted from Monday to Saturday .These sessions focus on your mental strength and well-being.

This online session includes basic aasanas, loosening exercises, pranayama, meditations and relaxation techniques.
Aasana is yoga postures or exercises. Patanjali in Ashtanga yoga defines aasana as steady and comfortable poses.
we practice various relaxation techniques such as DRT, QRT, and many more in this course.
About The Guru
Athira Menon is the Founder of vibhooti yoga studio and she was 3rd rank holder in Msc. Health and Yoga Therapy( 2013-2015) Calicut University. Worked as Yoga instructor in ‘AYURYOGA’ project of District Panchayat. Former Yoga therapist in ROSHI( centre for rehabilitation and research for children with special needs).
