21 Nights Sinusitis and Migraine Treatment Program
  • Description

Nagath Ayurveda Hospital offers a comprehensive Ayurvedic approach to managing sinusitis and migraine, focusing on long-term relief through natural, root-cause healing. This specialised program draws on classical therapies to balance the Doshas, eliminate Ama (toxins), and open obstructed channels that contribute to sinus congestion and chronic headaches.

Key treatments include Nasya (nasal cleansing), Shirodhara (therapeutic oil flow), herbal steam inhalation, and targeted external applications, all personalised based on the individual’s constitution and symptoms. These therapies are supported by Ayurvedic dietary guidance, yoga, and daily routine modifications to enhance effectiveness and reduce recurrence.

By promoting sinus drainage, reducing cranial tension, and calming the nervous system, the program helps relieve discomfort while improving respiratory clarity, mental focus, and emotional balance. It offers a sustainable, drug-free pathway for those seeking lasting freedom from sinusitis and migraines.

This place is heaven on earth, from the time you land at the airport until you leave you are completely cared for. Dr Rajesh and Dr Anitha both customise your treatment plan most suitable to you. The facilities and the rooms are clean and spacious. Everyone at the facility (the doctors the therapists the cooks cleaners etc) create an experience you will remember for the rest of your life. The food is nourishing and absolutely finger licking delicious. If you need to relax de-stress reset and rejuvenate on a deeper level and understanding this is the place to come. The healing you will experience is next level. Ayurveda identifies and treats the root cause of the disease unlike western medicine which mainly focuses on the symptoms. Dr. Rajesh when possible will suggest some beautiful touristic spots to visit near to the hospital that are absolutely stunningly beautiful I couldn't recommend it enough and will be back again
