Le revive Spa and their staff made my kochi tour and stay at hotel le meridiann memorable. Tried an authenticated Kerala Ayurveda therapy and it turn out be lifetime experience. Staff extremely polite , hospitable and well trained. Special thanks to Prateesh (Therapist). Looking forward to come back soon.. Keep it up guys !!!

Spent three days in this hotel on a business travel. The hotel is a bit worn out but well maintained. The room is comfortable and the bed was good too. The cleaning was impeccable. I also used laundry which was fast and good quality. Used room service, the european cuisine was a bit unusual but still ok. Initially the room didn't have a hair dryer so i had to ask for it. I visited during low season so the hotel was avoiding food wastage. The breakfast was a mix of a la carte and buffet. Would rate it 3 out of 5 but they tried their best to please clients. Also used their spa and had three wonderful Ayurveda treatments. Very good quality and attentive staff. My only recommendation overall is to reduce the amount of questions the staff is asking clients about where do they go, where they work and other private questions, although I understand it's probably part of the local culture. Overall nice and pleasant stay.

It a lovely property situated next to a backwater location in Ernakulam. Its about 25 minutes (14 kms) from the Fort Kochi location where the most heritage properties are as is the Muziris Biennale. Two nuggets i want to add - do not miss a meal at the Grand Pavillion & Nawras (MG Road)....amazzzzzing food for sea food lovers and good food aficionados in general. The Le Meridien stay was very warm mostly due to its attention lavished on us by its people starting from the top with the GM, the chef Negi, The restaurant manager Mahiul Islam, Rahul Jerath at the front desk & special mention for Veena at the spa. The staff in general are very very attentive and deeply conscious of guest needs and i mean for ALL guests and room service is very prompt and attentive too. They took pains to make our stay comfortable and were very responsive to each 7 every need.........the brilliant part is that Monica Suri (GM) has instituted this as a philosophy down the line to ALL staff members right upto the floor traininee housekeepers and that is VERY VERY commendable indeed. The breakfast spread is very lavish, fresh & with lots of variety for every palate. AND the chef+team circulates regularly through the hall and is ever ready with custom preparations. The food was uniformly good (except one very badly prepared Sirloin steak on a single ocassion....i think it was old possibly) and we had a great choice in both buffet & a la carte selections. The hotel will make travel arrangements for tourist activities on request (slightly more expensive but worth the diffrence as headache becomes zero) and we had a wonderful backwater tour at Allepey thanks to them. The pool & spa are very well maintained. They may not be the best visually as compared to more recent properties bu the attention was impeccable & Veena at the spa was really knowledgeable on ayurveda and provided sterling service. In summary, good location + fantastic people with fabulous service levels + really great value for money. GO THERE !!!

One of the best hotels on the Backwaters near Kochi. The staff were courteous and helpful, the service throughout was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the pool, garden and Backwaters, the buffet breakfast and dinner were great and catered for every taste and the lobby was lively with a buzzing ambience. The Gym, steam and sauna were a very good facility and enjoyable. The Spa was first class offering the best of Ayurveda treatments which we used daily. The staff and therapists were amongst the best we have had especially Pratheesh and Veena. We don't normally name individuals but in this case these two deserve a special mention for their skills, experience, courtesy and professionalism. All in all a great stay and highly recommend.

It was a wonder full experience at Wellness Center,Jayaraj was very cooperative and helped to explain Nasya Therapy and its effects in the long run, he has gone out of the way to speak to Dr. Amrutha for understanding a long term treatment of Allergic rhinitis and I confirmed future appointment accordingly during my next visit scheduled in December,2017.Jayraj gave a very decent and soothing treatment of half hour and I felt much comfortable there after. Looking forward for my next trip experience at AYURVEDA WELLNESS CENTRE- LEMERIDIEN KOCHI.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here.Nice place to relax. breakfast and dinner was excellent with large variety of food. Rooms are good with nice pool and back water view. Good staff and Ayurveda spa is recommended 👍

The Ayuh Ayurvedic Spa at Le Meridien offers a relaxing retreat in a traditional Kerala interior setting and offers Authentic Ayurvedic medical aesthetic therapies, facials, massages etc. Stress and countless hours in front of the laptop, and I felt I deserved a break. The Ayurvedic Doctor, Amrutha prescribed the Aanandini therapy. This is perfect for someone in quest of aesthetic treatments that enhances all your senses and provide mental and physical harmony. A cool, refreshing welcome drink and flower-filled bath start the treatment. The treatment encompasses a full body oil massage, full body exfoliation, steam bath, hair treatments and herbal facials. And all the heavenly oils, scrubs, packs and balms are prepared using local ingredients and produce. The camphor scented Ayurvedic massage oil literally awakens your senses, making you feel alive instantly. I could feel the knots of stress untangling within my body. While the steam helps to get rid of the toxins accumulated in your body the scrub treatment gets rid of the dead skin. The result, smoothing and glowing skin that is soft to touch. The replenishing facials and scalp treatment make this a complete head to toe treatment. The therapist was friendly and she made me feel at home without being self-conscious. And the background music drifts you to some blissful paradise, away from the chaos of the city. After taking a shower with their specially prepared bathwater, I would personally suggest you meditate for some time to enhance your sleep that night. loved my treatment at Ayuh Ayurveda. The massage was extremely rejuvenating and well worth it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and tranquil, exactly what I needed. 1. The property is beautiful and has lot of greenery around it. It was very relaxing to just stroll around near the swimming pool, water channel, the ayurveda hut and the open space near the restaurant (First recipe - where breakfast is served). 2. The Ayuh ayurveda spa was really rejuvenating. I took the mukhkanti face massage session and it was absolutely relaxing. Soumya, the therapist, is an expert in her job and the way she massaged, it felt so good. I have a very sensitive skin and any cosmetic usage irritates the skin with rashes and outburst of pimples. I realized that after this massage, the skin felt very soft and healthy and there was no after-reactions. In fact, the skin had a glow which I have not observed in years..Full credit to the team for using very good products, free of harmful chemicals. I also spoke to the lady doctor and she was very patient in listening to me and providing her suggestions on how to maintain good skin conditions and eventually become free of blemishes on the face. Thank you for your suggestions. I have bought the medicines and will start using them soon. 3. I only had breakfast during my stay and the spread and taste was just too good. There were items like hamoos, kaboos bread which tasted very good besides the regular masala dosa, uttapam, north indian dishes, etc. Nahari water tasted good and appeared to feel nice. Will need to add it to my regular diet once I learn how to prepare it. Overall, wonderful time spent for 3 days in the hotel and look forward to visiting again soon
